Having recently attended the England under 25 trial, Matthew Vickery and Phil Broughton have retained their places in the side for the upcoming match versus Wales at Oxford & District IBC on Sunday 11th November 2007 (2pm start). Stuart Smith has also been named as one of 3 reserves for the game.

 

Matthew, Phil and Stuart will all be hoping to also be included in the squad for the Junior International Series against Ireland, Scotland & Wales on 12th & 13th January 2008 at Banister Park.

 

Meanwhile, Brett Morley, Matthew Vickery, Simon Skelton and Michael Bowley have all been named in the trial teams for the Senior England side. The trial will be held on Sunday 16th December 2007 at Northampton & District IBC (1pm start).

Nottingham have progressed into the second round of the Denny Cup after a convincing 92 - 54 win over Stamford.

 

Nottingham now face Carlton IBC in Round 2 on Saturday 3rd November (10am start).
